SALON POLICY & P OCEDURE

HERE AT MYSTIQUE IT IS OUR GOAL TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS REMAIN HIGH AT ALL TIMES. WE ASIGN EACH CUSTOMER WITH AN EXPERIENCED THERAPIST, WHO WILL AIM TO PROVIDE AN ENJOYABLE ANDSATISFACTORY TREATMENT EXPERIENCE.

 

TIME MANAGEMENT

  1. ALL CLIENTS ARE EXPECTED TOARRIVE ON TIME TO THEIR APPOINTMENT.
  2. WE WILL GENERALLY ACCEPT A CLIENT THAT IS NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTESLATE. HOWEVER ANYTHING MORE THAN 5 MINUTES WILL RESULT IN THE CLIENT BEING TURNED AWAY OR HAVING THEIR TREATMENT TIME CUT SHORT.THIS MAY SOUND UNREASONABLE, BUT AS WE ARE USUALLY VERY BUSY AND AT FULL CAPACITY, THE CLIENT MUST UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY MINUTE THEY ARE LATE, WILL RESULT IN A DELAY GOING FROWARD WITH ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS.
  3. OCCASIONALLY, WHERE POSSIBLE, WE WILL ACCOMODATE A CLIENT THAT IS LATE, ON THE CONDITION THAT THIS WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE NEXT CLIENT’S APPOINTMENT.
  4. WE ENDEVOUR TO TRY AND BEGIN EACH APPOINTMENT, AT THE TIME ALLOCATED TO THE CLIENT WHEN BOOKING. OCCASIONALLY,DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, WE CAN BECOME DELAYED. IF WE AREEXPERIENCING A DELAY WHEN THE CLIENT ARRIVES FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT, WE WILL NOTIFY THEM IMMEDIATLY AND OFFER OUR APOLOGIES. WE WILL REASSURE THE CLIENT THAT WE WILL BE WITHTHEM AS FAST AS WE CAN. IF WE PREDICT A DELAY OF MORE THAN 15 MINUTES, WE WILL CONTACT THE CLIENT BY PHONE, BEFORE THEY ARRIVE TOTHE SALON AND INFORM THEM OF THE DELAY AND GIVE THEM THE OPTION TO COME TO THEIR APPOINTMENT AT A LATER TIME.
  5. PLEASE BOOK IN FOR ALL TREATMENTS YOU REQUIRE WHEN MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT ANYADDITONAL TREATMENTS YOU REQUEST IF YOU DIDNT BOOK IT AT THE TIME THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE.

SHELLAC NAIL SERVICES

  1. SHELLAC POLISH APPLIED BY US HERE AT MYSTIQUE WILL BE REMOVED FREE OF CHARGE BUT AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED FORTHE REMOVAL SERVICE.
  2. SHELLAC POLISH APPLIED ELSEWHERE WILL BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT AT A CHARGE OF €10.
  3. WE ONLY REMOVE CREATIVE NAILDESIGN SHELLAC POLISH. ANY POLISH THAT IS NOT REMOVABLE BY SOAKING WILL NOT BE REMOVED HERE.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS

  1. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE.
  2. CLIENTS THAT FAIL TO SHOW UP TO AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE TREATMENT COST.
  3. CLIENTS WHO REPEATEDLY FAIL TO SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENTS WILL BE TREATED AS FOLLOWS;
    FIRST NO SHOW = 100% COST OF TREATMENT APPLIES.
    SECOND NO SHOW = 100% CHARGE PLUS NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE FURTHER BOOKINGS.
    THIRD NO SHOW = 100% CHARGE AND WE WONT BE ACCEPTING ANY FURTHERBOOKINGS.
